Owen is located in Orange County, CA where he aids the Southwest team in market research, business development, and deal origination. Owen joined Burr & Temkin in 2021 after graduating from the University of San Diego with a bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Finance.
Owen holds a broker’s license in the state of California. He specializes in advising tenants and landlords in leasing or acquiring low-coverage industrial assets and land for industrial development.
When not travelling the Southwest in search of transportation real estate opportunities, Owen enjoys playing golf and weight-lifting.
