Ben is the Vice President of Burr & Temkin’s Great Lakes Region. Since joining the firm in 2020, Ben has built a strong reputation among owners, investors, and tenants for his expertise in the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of industrial real estate—with a focus on transportation assets and industrial outdoor storage (IOS) properties.
Ben’s career began as a Research Analyst at Colliers while completing his degree in Finance and Marketing at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He went on to join Schneider National where he managed the company’s national final mile and port logistics real estate. His responsibilities included leasing, purchasing, and selling transportation-related assets to align real estate strategy with broader operational goals.
Ben’s unique blend of hands-on logistics experience and real estate insight allows him to identify and deliver high-value solutions for his clients. With the support of the Burr & Temkin team, Ben has successfully advised on a wide range of asset types including large-scale distribution centers, cross-dock freight terminals, final mile facilities, and IOS sites across the country.
Outside of real estate Ben enjoys spending time with his family and many outdoor hobbies.
