Since joining Burr & Temkin in 1987, Jim has completed transactions in virtually every region of the country.
As Company President, Jim transformed Burr & Temkin from a single, regional office, to a national corporation. Under Jim’s lead, the Company expanded its areas of expertise from LTL to include truckload, logistics, distribution and warehouse providers.
Jim is responsible for managing the Company’s Seattle office. His areas of expertise include finding unconventional solutions for difficult real estate projects, conducting portfolio valuations, advising on real estate in bankruptcy and portfolio divestiture, and offering investment strategies.
Prior to 1987, Jim was employed by Roadway Services, Inc. in a corporate real estate position. He has a Business Degree with a major in Marketing from the University of Akron.
