Jennifer joined Burr & Temkin in February 2019. She currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Burr & Temkin, where she leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize internal operations and support the firm’s strategic growth. Her responsibilities span human resources, finance, compliance, information systems, and general business management. Jennifer plays a key role in aligning day-to-day operations with long-term organizational goals, working closely with executive leadership and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Jennifer holds an MBA from Washington State University’s Carson College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science degree from the University of Puget Sound.
