Davis Kelly Joins Southeast Office
An Atlanta native, Davis brings a solid understanding of market trends, site selection, lease negotiations, and investment strategies tailored to the logistics and transportation industries.
Prior to joining Burr & Temkin, Davis gained valuable experience at a national industrial brokerage firm. During his tenure, Mr. Kelly was involved in 120+ investment and landlord representation transportation real estate transactions throughout Georgia.
Davis holds a degree in Financial Planning from the University of Georgia, where he also played football. Known for his ability to take on difficult tasks and persevere through challenges, Davis is committed to delivering results for his clients. Whether he’s negotiating a deal or strategizing solutions to real estate investment challenges, Davis approaches every challenge with dedication, helping clients achieve their goals.
Mr. Kelly will be working in our southeast office, expanding Burr & Temkin’s market presence. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to his contributions.
